    6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

    We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, understand how it is used, and support our advertising. The tools we use include:

    • Google Analytics — to understand how visitors find and use the Site. You can opt out using Google's browser add-on.
    • Google Ads — to measure and improve our advertising and to show relevant ads.
    • Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to measure our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to show relevant ads.
    • TikTok Pixel — used if and when we run advertising on TikTok.

    Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. You can also opt out of certain advertising cookies using the tools described in Section 12. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.

    7. Text Messages & Phone Communications

    When you submit a form on the Site, you may authorize us to contact you by phone call and/or text message at the number you provide. Depending on the form, your consent may cover informational/transactional messages, promotional messages, or both, and messages may be sent using automated technology.

    Consent language used on our forms: By submitting, you authorize NewAge KD Inc to text/call the number above for informational/transactional and/or promotional messages, possibly using automated means. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply HELP for help and STOP to unsubscribe.

    You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask for help by replying HELP. Opting out of marketing messages will not necessarily stop transactional messages related to a request you have made.

    No sharing of mobile opt-in data. The mobile information and SMS consent you provide through the Site are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This does not apply to service providers that help us deliver the messaging you have requested.

    Our forms and messaging are powered by LeadConnector. For information about how that platform processes data, see their terms and privacy policy.

    8. How We Share Your Information

    We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as described below:

    • Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, including LeadConnector (forms, CRM, chat, and messaging), Twilio (phone and SMS delivery), Google (analytics and advertising), Meta (advertising), and TikTok (advertising, when active). These providers may use your information only to provide services to us.
    • Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wyze Growth, our users, or others.
    • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

    9. Sale & Sharing of Personal Information; Your Opt-Out

    We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising cookies and pixels (such as Google Ads, the Meta Pixel, and TikTok) may involve disclosing online identifiers to those platforms for advertising purposes. Some privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, define this activity as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

    To opt out of this sharing, you can:

    • Enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supported browser or extension — where required by law, we treat a GPC signal as a valid opt-out request;
    • Use the industry opt-out tools listed in Section 12; or
    • Email us at support@wyzegrowth.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information."

    We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

    10. Data Retention

    We keep your personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy — including responding to your request, maintaining our relationship with you, and pursuing legitimate business interests — and for as long as required to comply with our legal obligations or resolve disputes. We do not apply a single fixed retention period to all information; instead, we retain it for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes. You may request deletion of your information as described in Section 11, and we will honor that request unless we are required or permitted by law to keep it.

    11. Data Security

    We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    12. Your Privacy Rights

    Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have the right to:

    • Know / access what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you, and obtain a copy;
    • Correct inaccurate personal information;
    • Delete your personal information;
    • Opt out of the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; and
    • Non-discrimination — you will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights.

    How to submit a request. Email us at support@wyzegrowth.com. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding, and we aim to respond within 45 days (with an extension where permitted by law). You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

    Appeals. If we decline your request and the law in your state provides an appeal right, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing us with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will respond as required by applicable law.

    13. Your Choices

    • Marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by emailing us.
    • Text messages. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
    • Cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
    • Advertising. You can opt out of certain interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org), and you can adjust ad settings within your Google and Meta accounts.

    15. Third-Party Links

    The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not control. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

    17. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any change means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
